Kitchen
The Hall kitchen has two electric fan ovens. The power switch for each is wall mounted.
Each oven has five shelves, each shelf which can take one GN1/1 tray or two GN1/2. This means that each shelf can take two Cooks ready meals for eight persons for example.
So a meal can be prepared for 80 persons in each oven making a possible total of 160 meals.
In addition there is a two-ring electric hotplate, also with a wall amounted power switch. The front ring is a 2kW hotplate and the rear ring is a 1.5kW hotplate. There are no saucepans provided.
The extraction should be switched on when cooking, The switch is on the right-hand side of the exit door.
There is also a small microwave oven.

There is an additional charge for full use the kitchen facilities. (£32) This includes all the cutlery and crockery to feed about 100 people.
